Terms of Service

By accessing or using FINN.AI's website, Chrome extension, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FINN.AI provides an AI-powered real-time coaching tool for sales professionals. The Service includes a website at finnai.io and a Chrome browser extension that assists users during live sales calls by surfacing objection-handling suggestions, sentiment analysis, and post-call summaries.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FINN.AI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately at kevin.leborgne@finnai.io if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to record or process calls without obtaining required consent from all parties under applicable law
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the extension
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, or defraud any person
• Circumvent any access controls or rate limits
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

All content, code, branding, and AI models provided through FINN.AI are the exclusive property of FINN.AI and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (e.g., call notes, summaries). By using the Service, you grant FINN.AI a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI SUGGESTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINN.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FINN.AI and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FINN.AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
